"I texted them and left a voicemail that I needed quotes. We played phone tag for 5 days, Which should have been an indicator that this was going to be a problem. Nonetheless, I was finally able to get someone on the phone, was met with excuses like “short staffed, COVID,” so I figured, OK. Sent them all the info they requested to get my quotes going. Did nothing hear back over the next 4 days. I called, and was met with a litany of excuses. Still, I figured, it should be soon, right? Nope. 2 days later, still no quote. Called and canceled my inquiry. I googled “state farm near me,” and found there were other offices with other agents. So, called the first one on the list. They answered their phone on the first try! They gave me a list of things they needed to get me my quote, I emailed those within minutes of getting off the phone, and they had all the quotes to me within the SAME day. Home insurance, 3 autos and umbrella insurance. There was never an excuse or “we are so busy,” just “OK, no problem, I’ve got that info right here.” LOL. I knew it couldn’t be THAT hard. If you’re not getting the service you need, try a different agent. They’re all independent. Thank goodness when I first contacted Laureen Yungmeyer agency, i wasn’t calling for help me with a claim or something pressing -I’d still be waiting."
